Roger Graduated from Napier University, Craig Lockhart Campus in Business Management. Roger is a fully indentured time served Instrument Artificer from ICI Stevenston, During this time Roger attained an ONC & HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Since starting the company in 1994, Roger has developed the company by providing an excellent professional service to a wide range of clients. Roger has attained all relevant and necessary certification with regards the Professional Management Practices, procurement, health and safety plus delivery of service, in order to successfully provide, the scope of service we offer. Roger is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive culture within the business. This spans from a robust apprenticeship training program to the ongoing personal technical development of all staff in an effort to be the best we can be.

Susan Woods graduated from Edinburgh Napier, Craig Lockhart Campus in Business Management. Susan is our Company Secretary and oversees all aspects of the business ensuring customer care is kept paramount to our core culture.

Joann holds a diploma in IT for Business, and has undergone further additional training in Sage Advance Accounting. During her 20 years’ experience in the industry Joann has a vast knowledge within the security business and management , she has excellent attention to detail and participates in carrying out company presentations to potential and new clients. Joann is responsible for the smooth running of the company and accounts department.
